U18 Roles List

U18 Corporate – Leaders

Corporate Leaders are the money managers. They bring sponsors, create deals, and make quick decisions about money. Without them, many U18 projects cannot run. They are very powerful but usually stay hidden.

U18 Skill House

Skill House leaders are the creative ones.
1) Anchoring
2) Video Editing
3) Graphic Designing
4) Social Media Handling
5) Communication with external people etc

They make shows, write news, host podcasts, and run media like U18 Today, Mic Drop, and Flirt with Future. They tell the U18 story to the world.

U22 Leaders

U22 Leaders are the youngest(18–22 years) in the support system with execution capability. They do the same work as Corporate Leaders but stay invisible. They support projects quietly without public attention.

U18 Government

Government leaders are the U18 MLAs/MPs chosen by elections. They make laws (called bills), listen to students in their school, and make sure ideas are put into action. They are the voices of the students.

U18 Service Commission

Service Commission leaders are like the managers. They run the UPSC exam, select IAS officers, conduct elections, and check that the Government’s bills actually happen in schools.

U18 Alumni

Past U18 leaders who continue to support the ecosystem through mentorship, networks, and legacy knowledge, ensuring continuity of vision.

U18 Mentors

Mentors are adults or senior leaders who send advice and feedback through emails. They do not run daily work but guide U18 leaders on big decisions.

G45

A larger collective of forty-five members serving as an extended support council. They assist with scale, outreach, and execution at national and international levels.

Mr Nobody's team

A trusted inner circle working directly with Mr Nobody. They help shape strategy, coordinate cross-country actions, and act as the first responders to critical issues.

Secret Task Forces

Confidential and temporary teams formed for urgent or sensitive missions. They work quietly behind the scenes to solve crises, push key strategies, or execute special projec

Sacred Levels

The highest authority of a country. They take the final decisions and handle revenue. The team consists of one presidential leader (titled The Emperor, The King, The Ruler, The Prince, or similar depending on the country) and 5–10 leaders from across the globe supporting that country’s leadership.

The Travellers

U18 representatives chosen to journey across states, nations, or continents. They carry the identity and vision of the U18 World to new regions, building bridges and expanding influence.

G9

A small, tight-knit group of nine handpicked individuals tasked with steering sensitive strategies, providing swift decisions, and anchoring trust at the top.

House Leaders

The complete U18 World is divided into five global houses, each led by House Leaders. They unite members across countries under shared identity, values, and friendly inter-house competition.
