We live in future careers today. We work in a real governance and company environment where we (U18s) handle leadership, money, sales, communication and more which are essential life skills.

Understanding and acceptance of
School Eligibility Criteria
Bill approval:
School accepts to implement minimum 4/5 bills passed in U18 Assembly & U18 Parliament.
Monthly newsletter:
Every month school publishes U18 digital newsletter to all U18s and Parents.
Dedicated playground:
School has a playground exclusively for U18s of the school.
Extra-support needed:
U18 leaders will handle governance, sales, timelines, travel etc. They would need extra permissions and freedom.​
For-profit private org:
Understanding that no activity/experience is free. U18 leaders organise & generate revenue, participants pay to join.
The Election Process
Announcement of U18 elections to everyone
For a fair opportunity to all:
1) An announcement in the School Assembly about TheUnder18World and the opportunities.
2) Every student from grade 4 and above has to receive an email/WhatsApp message about U18 elections.
3) All interested Under18s move to Step 2
