U18 Anchoring Program

The Under18 Anchoring Program is designed to train you in communication, the U18 anchoring style, research, interviewing, on-camera presence and other skills required to become an effective Under18 Anchor. Once you complete the Anchoring Program, you will become eligible for anchoring opportunities such as: 1. Reels 2. U18 Today News 3. Other U18 videos 4. Podcasts 5. Events and other U18 content But remember this! Completing the Anchoring Program does NOT automatically guarantee you an anchoring opportunity. The program is only one part of becoming eligible for opportunities. You also need to actively work in the Under18 World, earn Time Points and consistently add value through your role as an: 1. U18 MLA/U18 MP 2. U18 IAS 3. U18 Corporate member 4. U18 Member You may also be required to complete the Anchoring Program more than once to build the necessary skills and become eligible for opportunities.
