• All registrations with The Under-18 World are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Scheduling conflicts.

  • Failure to attend.

  • Partial participation.

  • Personal reasons.

  • Travel or logistical issues.

• If a participant is unable to attend a program, event, workshop, internship, fellowship, competition, or any other activity, the amount paid may be converted into program credit for future use, subject to approval by The Under-18 World.

• If The Under-18 World postpones, reschedules, modifies, or cancels a program, event, or activity, participants will not receive a monetary refund. The amount paid will instead be converted into program credit.

• Program credits may be used for eligible future programs, events, workshops, competitions, fellowships, internships, merchandise, or other offerings by The Under-18 World, subject to availability.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, UPI account, wallet, or any other payment method.

• Credits are generally non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant unless otherwise approved by The Under-18 World.

• If the fee for the future program is higher than the available credit, the participant must pay the difference.

• Credits may not be combined with certain offers, discounts, scholarships, or promotional schemes unless specifically permitted.

• The Under-18 World reserves the right to determine the eligibility and applicability of credits.

• By registering for any program, product, event, or activity conducted by The Under-18 World, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Credit Policy.
