Partner with U18 World

Let's join hands

U18 World Partner Engagement SOP

  1. Initial Contact & Analysis

    • Companies interested in partnering with U18 World or engaging with MLAs, IAS, or U18 citizens in official roles must contact: theteam@theunder18.world

    • The corporate team conducts an alignment check and, if suitable, grants approval for a "promotion" category partnership.

    • "Promotion" category is usually "Sponsorship for an event or video of TheUnder18World".

    • Agencies may be looped in for execution post-approval.

    • Partnerships not aligning with U18 World values may be declined at this stage.

  2. Promotion & Feedback

    • The brand is promoted via events, social media, or relevant platforms to engage U18 citizens.

    • Organic feedback from citizens, Principals, or parents is collected to assess initial engagement.

    • Partnerships failing to generate positive engagement or alignment may not proceed further.

  3. Partnership Evaluation

    • An internal review with the Partnerships Committee, corporate, and relevant IAS officers is conducted.

    • The brand may be integrated into event storylines for deeper engagement.

    • Feedback from at least 10 Principals, 50+ Parents, or 100+ U18 citizens informs partnership decisions.

    • Brands not meeting engagement expectations may be rejected at this stage.

  4. Partnership Decision

    • The Partnerships Committee and corporate finalize short-term partnerships, subject to Sacred Levels' approval.

    • Long-term partnerships initiated by Sacred Levels are directly established.

    • Any partnership not meeting strategic goals may be declined.

  5. Financial Protocol

    • No direct financial transactions are allowed between external parties and U18 citizens.

    • U18 World exclusively manages all financial dealings.
