The Process of Under-18 Elections
The Under-18 World is a replica of the elder world — with elected U18 politicians, U18 IAS officers selected through UPSC, and a U18 corporate team built through the Kratos program and volunteering. From first benchers to last benchers, every U18 has a role to play and learn in our world. U18s become anchors, innovators, business leaders, and performers doing real-world work within the U18 World and even in the elder world.
We are not an event; we are a lifestyle and a learning ecosystem with a two-year term.
We take decisions, lead activities, work with U18s, U22s, and mentors, and grow through both wins and failures. Some leadership roles involve company-level tasks, progress tracking, and creating real monetary and non-monetary outcomes for the company— giving us real-life work experience while still in school. The Under-18 World is a private limited company focused on giving maximum leadership and skill-building experiences to U18s.
