The U18 Starter Program is the gateway into The Under-18 World. Whether you dream of leading a U18 committee, working on partnerships, events, government initiatives, or revenue generation, this is where your journey begins.
Over 4 days, you'll learn by doing—taking on real challenges, working with real people, making real decisions, and experiencing both the wins and the setbacks that come with leadership and entrepreneurship.
Selected U18s from the program will become eligible to lead U18 Committees.
Day 1: Understanding The Under-18 World
Know the World Before You Lead It
Participants understand how The Under-18 World works—its vision, structure, Government, Corporate, Service Commission, projects, shows, and opportunities. They learn where they fit in and what it truly means to be a U18 leader.
