The U18 Starter Program is the gateway into The Under-18 World. Whether you dream of leading a committee, hosting a show or podcast, working on partnerships, events, government initiatives, or revenue generation, this is where your journey begins.

Over 6 days, you'll learn by doing—taking on real challenges, working with real people, making real decisions, and experiencing both the wins and the setbacks that come with leadership and entrepreneurship.

Day 1: Being Shameless

Nothing Begins Until You Stop Fearing

Whether it's speaking on stage, making a phone call, approaching a stranger, pitching an idea, creating content, or applying for a leadership role, fear stops more people than a lack of talent ever does.

Participants learn how to overcome the fear of judgment, rejection, failure, and embarrassment. They then take on a real challenge or project within The Under-18 World and take their first uncomfortable action.
