When you turn 18, you may be invited to support U18 projects in the background and selected through the following process:

1) Bring a guest into U18 World for one of the U18 Shows,

2) Earn money for U18 through its programs or events,

3) Pass an interview with leaders.

Visibility:

Invisible – they are hidden helpers working in the background.

Powers:

They support Corporate Leaders. They can give ideas and help in background execution but remain invisible to students.

U22 Leaders

U22 Leaders are the youngest(18–22 years) in the support system with execution capability. They do the same work as Corporate Leaders but stay invisible. They support projects quietly without public attention.
