The Under-18 World was founded by Ms Devi together with a founding team to build a real-world learning ecosystem where Under-18 citizens learn by doing through hands-on experiences in careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, governance, media and sports.

The Under-18 World is operates as a private for-profit company and continues to be built by its founders together with thousands of Under-18 citizens.
