The U18 Anchor Challenge is an online training + performance-based challenge designed to help Under-18s become confident anchors, interviewers, and show hosts within The Under-18 World.
It is not just a course — it’s a challenge format where you earn points by completing tasks.
The program is conducted completely online, so students from anywhere can participate.
There is no fixed batch schedule. Once you register, you begin your training cycle and complete the assigned tasks within the given framework.
The format is a challenge-based training model:
Students receive anchoring tasks.
Each task carries points.
Points are awarded based on performance, clarity, preparation, and delivery.
Rankings and eligibility are based on total points earned.
It is practical, performance-driven, and skill-focused.
After completing the challenge:
Your total points are evaluated.
Based on points earned, performance, and consistency,
you may become eligible to anchor or feature on U18 podcasts and shows.
Selection is merit-based and depends on earned performance points.
Yes — if you complete all tasks successfully within the same training cycle, one program is sufficient.
However:
If tasks are incomplete
Or if you want to improve your score
Or if you want to level up your anchoring skill
You can join the challenge again.
Yes. Students are allowed to participate multiple times.
Each participation is treated as a new training cycle.
The registration fee covers one training cycle only.
If you choose to join again for improvement or re-attempt,
a new registration fee must be paid.
No.
Completion does not guarantee automatic selection.
Eligibility depends on:
Points earned
Task completion
On-camera presence
Communication quality
Consistency
Only top-performing participants are considered for podcast and show opportunities
